My background includes working at Airbnb, where I designed booking flows, payment platform, and reservation management experiences while contributing to localization projects across multiple international markets. I approached design holistically, considering the entire operational workflow to drive business growth through thoughtful user experiences.
Prior to that, I created interaction designs for TaoTicket App (Alibaba Pictures Group's movie ticketing platform), serving nearly 100 million users. Even earlier, I joined Zhihu (a Chinese Q&A community) during its startup phase and witnessed its growth into a major platform with over 100 million users.
My experience across startups and large enterprises has developed my ability to understand diverse user needs and solve complex problems. Outside work, I'm passionate about architectural design, urban planning and photography.
