I currently work independently, embedding with startup teams on mid- to long-term engagements to shape and ship their products.
Before that, I designed at Airbnb, Alibaba Pictures Group, Zhihu and EICO Design, spanning global tech, startups and agency work.
I start from the business logic and map it into the product experience. I still design and prototype everything myself, use AI tools every day to turn ideas into testable prototypes fast, and let data and experiments guide what comes next. I love the little details that make products feel joyful.
